These Terms of Service govern your use of the Thryvia service and the gothryvia.com website, operated by High Country Digital (ABN 90 684 626 237). By using this website or engaging Thryvia services, you agree to these terms.
The service
Thryvia is a managed automation service for trade and home-service businesses, built on HighLevel and related platforms. The service includes setup, configuration, and ongoing management of automations, AI tools, and communication workflows.
Subscriptions and billing
- Setup fees are invoiced on commencement and are due before work begins
- Monthly management fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated
- Additional usage costs (SMS, call minutes, AI usage) are billed at cost or as described in your service agreement
Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us at support@hcdigital.com.au. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Performance guarantee
We track every call answered, lead captured, quote followed up, and review requested. If those numbers don't show that the system has generated enough work to cover its own cost, you stop paying the monthly management fee until it does. There's no time limit on this guarantee. It applies to the ongoing management fee only, not setup costs.
Your responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information and timely responses during onboarding
- Comply with applicable laws when using automated messaging and communications
- Maintain your HighLevel subscription and pay associated platform costs
- Not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes
Intellectual property
Content, code, and materials we create for your business under this service are licensed to you for use in your business. We retain the right to use anonymised case study data and metrics for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, High Country Digital's liability is limited to the fees paid in the most recent month of service. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use or non-use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at gothryvia.com/terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
